Inspirations For My Writing - Part 1

Hey there. Here's my first inspiration related post - a playlist. I don't feel a need to go too in depth here, just some songs that I really like and inspired my writing. Cannot guarantee that these songs are necessarily "school appropriate", but oh well. I'll try to keep it to a max three songs per band (because I just really like some bands).

Some songs may have an explanation beneath them of what character/thing they inspired. Some won't. Oh well.

Avenged Sevenfold - The Beast and the Harlot

Avenged Sevenfold - Angels

Song which gave lots of inspiration for the character Ciar.

Aviators - Here Comes the Ravens

Song which gave lots of inspiration for the character Eira.

Aviators - Oblivion

Song that perfectly describes one of the events within the story, called the "Moonlit Village".

Aviators - Paralyzed

Song which gave lots of inspiration for the character Enkidu.

BELZEBUBS - Cathedrals of Mourning

Blind Guardian - Wheel of Time

Song which gave lots of inspiration for the character Tiamat.

Blind Guardian - Mordred's Song

Song which gave lots of inspiration for the character Mordred... As to be expected from "Mordred's Song".

Blind Guardian - The Holy Grail

GHOST - The Chattering Lack of Common Sense

Haken - Cockroach King

Judas Priest - Traitor's Gate

Pantera - Walk

Pantera - Cowboys from Hell

Pantera - Cemetery Gates

Parkway Drive - The River

Song which gave lots of inspiration for the character Sword.

Stone Sour - Threadbare

Stone Sour - Cold Reader

Song which gave lots of inspiration for the character Cadoc.

Tool - The Pot

Trivium - Shogun

Song which also gave lots of inspiration for the character Sword.

And here is a playlist version of all these songs, in order. Also includes some honourable mentions at the bottom, which simply weren't mentioned due to the rules or just running out of space in the list. Otherwise known as "wow I really like Aviators way too much don't I"

I'm hoping my next post will either be Part 2 to this post, which is a pretty long one, or a location/character profile.
